We quickly discovered that each camper project comes with it's own very specific furniture requests, driven by how the camper will be used and of course, individual and personal preferences. For instance, some vans require little to no furniture, removeable furniture or the full day camper suite, and all variations therein.

To that end, we produce each furniture project from concept to completion, in house and in discussion with our clients throughout.

What we can do....

Vivaro Bespoke Shelving

Design / Manufacture

We were asked to make a full height rear unit,.... but without the "traditional" doors.

Hinged doors get awkward for opening in tight spaces, especially with a fitted rock & roll bed.

Tambour doors take up valuable cupboard space....and can also develop annoyning rattles whilst driving !

Using only the highest quality lightweight plywood, all panels were profiled on our CNC Router before final bench assembly andfitting of edge trim, prior to installation.

Completed Unit ready to Install

Solution : Open shelving above the rear wheelarch and removeable hatches giving access to the wheelarch area. All manufactured, assembled and installed in house.

Ducato Seating / Bunk Beds

Bespoke Bunk Beds, Seating and Overhead storage bins.

This project required us to design, manufacture and install a unique seating & bed arrangement, to suit a very specific client brief.

It needed to be airy, provide through access and maximise under seat storage.

And be a little different......

Fridge Unit

And could we also build a bespoke fridge unit to fit into the existing kitchen unit.

To re-use the existing fridge and iincorporate a drawer as well?
